Terms & Conditions - the basics

Admission

  • At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
     

Arrivals and departures

  • Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

  • No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

  • There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the car park instead.
     

Changes to your holiday

  • Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
     

General

  • Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

  • Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

  • In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

  • Public areas are non-smoking.

  • Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..

  • Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

  • The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

  • The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
     

Occupancy

  • Group bookings of 12 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
     

Vehicles

  • No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
     

Additional terms

Only knives up to a blade length of 3 inches are allowed into the campsite for use in cooking.

Legal Disclaimer

1. General Terms

By purchasing, possessing, or allocating tickets to Wight Out 2025, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attempt to enter the event.
 

The terms “holder,” “bearer,” and “purchaser” refer to you – the individual buying the tickets. The terms “our,” “us,” “we,” “issuer,” and “provider” refer to the organisers of Wight Out 2025.
 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on wightout.co.uk
 

2. Ticket Usage & Validity

  • The ticket grants the bearer a revocable license to attend Wight Out 2025 at Camp Corve, Corve Lane, Chale Green, Ventnor, Isle Of Wight, England, PO38 2LA from 19th – 21st September 2025.

  • Attendees may arrive from 3 PM on Friday, 19th September and must vacate the site by 12 PM on Sunday, 21st September.

  • This license may be revoked at any time at the organiser’s discretion without notice or compensation.

  • The ticket holder is responsible for safeguarding their ticket. We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
     

3. Official Ticket Sales

  • nawightout.co.uk is the only official ticket provider.

  • Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be counterfeit, invalid, or reported as stolen. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry for such tickets.

  • Tickets cannot be resold, copied, reproduced, or used for promotions, advertisements, or competitions without prior written approval.
     

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Wight Out is a rain-or-shine event.

  • No refunds will be given for delays, venue shutdowns, weather-related issues, or access restrictions due to regulations, policies, or emergencies.

  • If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Wight Out may:
    i) Reschedule the event, or
    ii) Offer a partial or full refund, or
    iii) Provide no refund, at the organisers’ sole discretion.

  • If the event is cancelled due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes), the organisers may offer a reschedule, refund, or comparable alternative. The decision will be final.

  • If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided if the event is postponed.

  • Any refund (if applicable) only covers the face value of the ticket. Processing, shipping, or handling fees are non-refundable.
     

5. Entry & ID Requirements

  • You must present a valid ticket and a valid ID at entry.

  • By presenting your ID, you confirm that all details are accurate and up to date.

  • Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or other benefits.
     

6. Camping & Facilities

  • Camping is included in the ticket price. Please see what to bring checklist for suggested items.

  • Gazebo space is not guaranteed – please be mindful and occupy as little space as possible to allow others to camp comfortably.

  • BBQ is included and a free Saturday evening meal is provided.

  • Attendees must bring their own additional food, plates and cups for food service.
     

7. Car Parking

  • No parking next to tents is allowed.

  • A drop-off point will be available for unloading camping equipment.

  • After unloading, all vehicles must be parked in the lower car parking field.
     

8. Accessibility

  • A designated camping area for attendees with disabilities/limited mobility is available.

  • The ground may be uneven, and weather conditions could affect accessibility.

  • If you require assistance, please contact the organisers in advance.
     

9. Campfires & BBQs

  • Campfires are only permitted in designated fire areas.

  • Raised BBQs are allowed in camping areas.
     

10. Dogs & Pets

  • No dogs or pets are allowed on-site.

  • Registered assistant dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times and have relevant documentation.
     

11. Ticket Verification & Programme Access

  • Locate your “Your Wight Out 2025 order has been received” email, scroll down, and download your ticket.

  • Show the QR code at the gate – no need to print!

  • The programme will be available online before the event and included in your welcome pack. Due to potential signal issues, we recommend downloading it in advance.
     

12. Activities & Participation

  • The campout will include:

    • Shares & Meetings

    • Workshops & Holistic Therapies (bring a mat!)

    • Spiritual Walks & Fireside Chats

    • Prayer Meetings, Drum Meditation and Stretch Class

  • Please bring your own chair for meetings & activities.
     

13. Liability & Conduct

  • Wight Out is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • The organisers are not liable for financial damages or loss of personal items at the event.

  • Ticket holders agree to waive any claims related to charges, damages, or disputes.

  • All attendees must respect the space and others at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
     

14. Age Policy & Children​

  • This is an adult event. All persons should be at least 18 years old.
     

15. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing an NA Wight Out 2025 ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
